a. Create test and refine recipes and plan menus b. Oversee or participate in the preparation and cooking of meals c. Manage inventory estimate food requirements and ensure food quality and safety d. Greet guests present menus and take food and drink order e. serve food and beverages ensure orders are correct and handle customer complaints f. Clean and sanitize various areas including kitchen spaces dining areas and guest rooms g. Keep surfaces equipment and fixtures clean and wellmaintained h. Assist chefs with tasks like washing peeling chopping and measusring ingredients i. wash dishes utensils and kitchen equipment to maintain hygiene j. Clean work areas floors walls and equipment to ensure cleanliness
