Deskripsi Pekerjaan

A Commis is responsible for preparing cooking and presenting food within the assigned kitchen section in accordance with company recipes quality standards and food safety regulations. The role includes organizing daily mise en place ensuring the quality and consistency of dishes maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the work area monitoring stock levels and supporting the efficient operation of the kitchen. A Commis I also works closely with senior chefs assists in training junior team members when required and follows all company policies to ensure a high standard of food quality and guest satisfaction.
