a. Perform rattan weaving processes for various furniture products, including chairs, tables, sofas, and other decorative items. b. Read and follow product designs, patterns, and specifications. c. Select and prepare rattan materials according to quality standards. d. Install and secure woven rattan on furniture frames. e. Ensure that all weaving work is neat, durable, and meets company quality standards. f. Repair and rework defective or damaged products when necessary.
